As the requesting property owner, I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by my property's Covenants and Restrictions, the provided construction schedule, documents and all conditions of this requests and the ACC's approval. KHA reserves the right to enter the above property during and after completion to insure compliance.
You agree to adhere to the construction schedule provided above; if you require a work extension, you must have prior written authorization from the ACC committee. If your project requires a building permit; the permit must be submitted to the association prior to beginning construction, with a proof of final inspection submitted upon completion.
CONDITIONS: Upon receiving written approval, and in strict conformity with provided plans and specifications, construction shall begin promptly and taken to completion without delay following the construction schedule provided. The Committee may stop work on unapproved construction projects, unapproved tree-cutting or approved projects not substantially in compliance with the approval documents. Any exterior alteration made without prior ACC application and approval shall be deemed to be in violation and subject to fines and/or liens. The committee may require the property be restored to its original condition, at the Owner's expense.
The Architectural Control Committee reserves the right to take up to 30 days to review an application.
ACC Applications are reviewed every other Wednesday. Please check TownSq for the next ACC meeting date.
