Killearn Fairways is a 34-unit townhome community located on Shamrock Street East and on the North Course of the Killearn Country Club golf course. Half of the units are located on the fairway of hole #3, a 362-yard par 4 challenge. Nine units overlook hole #2, a 200-yard, par 3 with the green overlooking a pond. Residents enjoy the beauty of the course and of Killearn Estates and are provided with lawn care and other amenities through the homeowners association. The majority of residents are owners of their units who take great pride in our community.

Location

Killearn Fairways is at 3207 Shamrock Street East, one-half a mile from the intersection of Shamrock East and Shamrock South and close to the Killearn Estates Centerville Road entrance.
